Which means I did so many planks, L sits, and understanding in “grandpa butt type” as I referred to as it that my butt went away.

After which when my daughter made a 13 yr outdated remark to me about my flat butt (it was) I perked up… no pun supposed.

4 months into coaching glutes HARD 3-4 days per week and focussing on MUSCLE GROWTH my 🍑 is rising. Even my hubby observed lol.

However this isn’t simply aesthetic!

MY BACK PAIN IS TOTALLY GONE. Zilch. Nada. Nothing. And let me inform you- I’ve NO DISC between L5 and S1 and though two laser endoscopic surgical procedures briefly took away the ache it stored coming again.
